Oh, WOW. The kind of quirky love interests between two souls like in The Wedding Planner are exactly the reason I read these kind of chick lits. It's been a while I haven't read a novel. The last was this one suspense/thriller kinda like novel about this kid that brought a gun to school and all and even that I skipped like practically 80% of the book where I only read the beginning and the end and a bit in the middle of where they had SI. What's SI? You guys can figure it out yourselves.
So, yeah. The Wedding Planner was quite good but I shamelessly have to admit that I also didn't read that book 100% but I can proudly say that I DID read more than 80% of it. It's just that I can't stand those small little details that won't really affect the whole structure of the story. Yes, I have changed from the girl that could read a novel for hours without putting the book down and consider it a SIN if even the smallest detail was missed.
Anyhow, I totally love the whole relationship between Mimi and Nate. I mean, come on. Nate, the professional trainer with a hot hot bod and sexy appearance and so not boring with a really good sense of humour falling head over heels for a girl who was actually in love with his best friend who is actually the fiance of her sister's but Nate, being Nate, wouldn't give up on Mimi insisted for Mimi to go on a date with him because he is oh-so-confident kind of a guy with a high self-esteem and plus that with good looks and Mimi then realizes she's actually in love with Nate and forget all about that perfect boring old fiance of her sister's and she and Nate become long-term boyfriend and girlfriend and in the end get married and have kids together.
Okay, so I exaggerated the story a bit but I'm trying to make a point here. Why can't real life be a fairytale like that? (Yes, I'm still not over the whole William and Kate thing). And even if it does happen in real life, why can't MY life be like that?
Okay, I so need to shut up now. Please please shut up.

And it SO does not help that my iTunes keep on replaying If It Means A Lot To You by A Day To Remember over and over and over again. Seriously guys. Youtube it up or whatever. It is SO good.
Ok. This is for real now.
